1. The note book is a love story. It is about a man reading this book to a woman who has Alzheimer's. It was about a boy named Noah and a girl named Allie spent a whole summer together when they were teenagers. But her family was highly classed ranked. They did not want her to be with him do to his background and where he came from. Her parents separated them, even though they were separated Noah wrote to her everyday for a year. He never got a response from her, so decided to move on with his life sense Allie did the same. Allie just had got engaged when she found a news article about Noah. She decided to see him, after they reunited she had to make a choice between her old love and her new love.
2.The theme of this novel is to never give up on love. Also, if it was meant to be then everything will work out the way it should.
3.The tone throughout this book are
Happiness-
Sadness-

Part 2
1. Example one: She had "eyes like ocean waves", as Lon liked to say.
example two: She felt something twitch inside, something deep and old, something that made her dizzy for just a second.
2. Noah is a dynamic character who has changed though the story when you get your heart broken you tend to change to make yourself happy. But then also he changed when she came back into his life.
Allie is also a dynamic character who has changed a lot through the book when she fell in love with Noah. Love changes us in so many ways. Then when she had to leave the love of her life which changed her. Then she started a new life which she had to change in order to start fresh. Lastly she changed when she came back to Noah.
3. After reading this book I wanted to read it again. I went through so many emotions when I read this book. It makes you feel like you are in the book.
My MASTER PIECE
Well I am senior at Ernest Righetti High School. This is my last year of being forced to do something that I am not interested. After this I will be able to do whatever I want and enjoy. Which is to attend cosmetology at Paul Mitchel. At first that wasn't even on my mind. As a kid many of us would say a pro this or that. Which is awesome if you want to still do it and are very talented if you make it and I hope who ever wants this accomplishes it. I have changed my mind so many times as i was growing up like; a chef, a baker, a police officer, a doctor, a clinic forensic psychologist. Something that makes a lot of money. But later on in my life I received amazing advice from my father. Which was "Do something that makes you happy. Not that makes a lot of money." Which I sat there to take it in and I realized he was right. He continued and asked me, "Would you rather do something you love and enjoy and doesn't even feel like you're getting paid. Or would you want to dread to go to work and be miserable?" Well that was an obvious answer UMM be happy! Duh! What I came up with was doing hair which I love doing and I do it everyday anyways. Well that is part of my master piece and a part of me.

Lit analysis
1. The novel, Pride and Prejudice is romanticism novel. It's about a family who has five daughter: Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Kitty, and Lydia Bennet. At the time it was all about getting your daughters married. Mr. Bingley, his sister, and his friend Mr. Darcy came to their town. Both the men are very wealthy so of course the mother of the girls Mrs. Bennet wanted them to meet her daughters. In the novel the eldest Jane Bennet and Mr. Bingley fell in love but were separated by his friend. Mr. Darcy soon started to have feelings for the second eldest daughter Elizabeth who did not care for him due to him talking bad about her and when she found out about how he was the reason why Mr. Bingley left. Elizabeth went to go visit her best friend who had married Mr. Collins after she had turned him down and ran into Mr. Darcy. He told her how he felt and asked her to marry him, she turned him down and explained all the reason why she wouldn't. After he wrote her a letter of the truth and everything, she soon changed how she felt about Mr. Darcy. But one night Lady Catharine came to visit Elizabeth to see if the rumors were true about her being engaged to Mr. Darcy and insulted her and told her to promise to reject him if he did ask again. Ms. Elizabeth told her no and that she needed to leave. After Mr. Bingley asked Jane to marry him. Then Mr. Darcy visited Elizabeth to see if her feelings have changed sense his hasn't and asked her to marry him.
2.The theme of the novel is never give up on who or what you love. There will always be obstacles in life but don't ever let them get in your way of getting or fighting for what you love or what you believe in.
3. Tone
worried-
You take delight in vexing me. You have no compassion on my poor nerves.
upset-

worried-

upset-
"Oh! no -- it is not for me to be driven away by Mr. Darcy.
If he wishes to avoid seeing me, he must go. We are not on friendly terms, and it always gives me pain to meet him, but I have no reason for avoiding him but what I might proclaim to all the world; a sense of very great ill-usage, and most painful regrets at his being what he is. His father, Miss Bennet, the late Mr. Darcy, was one of the best men that ever breathed, and the truest friend I ever had; and I can never be in company with this Mr. Darcy without being grieved to the soul by a thousand tender recollections. His behaviour to myself has been scandalous; but I verily believe I could forgive him any thing and every thing, rather than his disappointing the hopes and disgracing the memory of his father."
Boastful-
"Well, mamma," said she, when they were all returned to the breakfast room, "and what do you think of my husband? Is not he a charming man? I am sure my sisters must all envy me.
Part 2:
Indirect Characterization:
Example one: "I desire you will do no such thing. Lizzy is not a bit better than the others; and I am sure she is not half so handsome as Jane, nor half so good humoured as Lydia. But you are always giving her the preference.

Example two: "Oh!" said Lydia stoutly, "I am not afraid; for though I am the youngest, I'm the tallest."
3. Ms. Elizabeth is a dynamic character. She has changed throughout the whole story. Her mind has changed extremely towards Mr. Darcy.
4. After reading this story it made me want to read it again. I love the old romantic stories. I think it is a girl thing.

Look at my Brain
My masterpiece is cosmetology this reflects my inner self in many ways. First off this is what I want to do professionally and for the rest of my life. I believe everyone is beautiful in their own way. They're a lot of different types of jobs in cosmetology, I am more into the hairstyling/haircutting job. I do it everyday for myself and sometimes for other people. I just calming and relaxing I don't really think about anything when I am doing it.
What about my master piece
We were working a lot on Macbeth. We haven't really had any class time to work on our masterpiece. But I guess I can't really do my masterpiece in class. Well I guess I can practice different hairstyles on my classmates and have another record me doing it.
Love is Blind
Macbeth sees his wife as the love of his life. She wants him to act on the prophecies so that he could be king. Macbeth no doubt sees her as the person he goes to when he cannot make a difficult decision, the person whose opinion matters.
The audience sees her as selfish and who cares only about her well being, she is willing to kill her husband's relative after he had just promoted Macbeth, just so that Macbeth might become king. She seems like she has no sense of gratitude, and is an opportunist with no regard for morals whatsoever.

Meet Macbeth
In the beginning of the play, Macbeth is introduced through indirect characterization as this heroic figure in battle. Three witches foreshadow through their predictions of the fortunes of Macbeth. They say that Macbeth will be a thane of Cawdor, and then, he will be king.
My Macbeth Resources
1. The analysis and summary of Macbeth available on Shmoop.
2. Sparknotes has kin of the same thing as shmoop. here Sparknotes has a translation of Shakespeare's old-fashioned language for the play.
3. You can spend three hours of your time watching this Macbeth movie starring Patrick Stewart as Macbeth.
4. There is also a Thug Notes video on Macbeth where the narrator attempts to give a summary and short analysis of Macbeth in an entertaining way in hopes of making it easier to remember the complicated plot of the play.
5. This is a video that answers 10 questions about some confusing or thought-provoking topics in Macbeth.

HUXLEY'S BRAVE NEW WORLD
After watching the interview between Mike Wallace and Aldous Huxley, I have a lot more respect for Huxley and what he must have faced in regard to public opinion about his idea of what society could be like in the future in Brave New World.

St. Crispin's Day Speech
Here is another poem that we have to learn to memorize. This is a lot tougher than the other ones that are assigned to us. It's a lot easier to remember songs then poems. I think it's because it is more catchy with the music instruments in the back ground. If you have any ways or techniques to help memorize something feel free to comment.
WESTMORELAND. O that we now had here
But one ten thousand of those men in England
That do no work to-day!
KING. What’s he that wishes so?
My cousin Westmoreland? No, my fair cousin;
If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires.
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England.
God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more methinks would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made,
And crowns for convoy put into his purse;
We would not die in that man’s company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is call’d the feast of Crispian.
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is nam’d,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say “To-morrow is Saint Crispian.”
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say “These wounds I had on Crispian’s day.”
Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,
But he’ll remember, with advantages,
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
Familiar in his mouth as household words-
Harry the King, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester-
Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb’red.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.

I'm not really sure if that's true.

What makes you want to write a song is the way you feel. Lyrics are based on emotions. It's the same thing as writing novels. The techniques I used was tone which helps us understand how the author was feeling.

Hacking My Education
We talked about this in class while Dr. Preston was going into detail about our journal topic that we do everyday. Which was;
Describe a thought or a feeling that you'd forgotten over break and experienced again when you walked back into this room. Describe how you will create the thoughts and feelings you want to experience in this room this semester.
What i forgot over break was everything. I forgot completely about school until time got closer. I forgot how this class was different we get learn and teach in our own way. What I experienced when i was in class again, was that it seemed like i was never gone. The way i will create my thoughts and feelings this semester is really focusing on myself and my goal. I'm going to get more involved i need to start focusing on my future and stop trying to breeze through my senior year. This is my last year/chance to make sure i follow my goal. But yet we still need to make class more fun and upbeat to create memories so were not all so uptight and serious all the time!

What's In This For Me?
My goal is to get a scholarship to attend Paul Mitchell. What's in this for me is that I will be attending a school that I am very passionate about the things they are teaching. I will be doing and learning things that i enjoy every day. I'll have a career that doesn't even feel like work.
